This time already marked our 14^th status meeting, where we met with our supportive advisory board to share progress and discuss first results.

🔍 Have you ever wondered what parameters we use to characterise and analyse HBI C-Flex samples during and after the reoxidation test?

🔬 Our consortium evaluates factors like mass balance, true density, chemical composition, metallisation degree morphology and microscopic images. We also use scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy. 🧪

The results are discussed among our consortium and help us to determine the reoxidation behaviour and stability of direct reduced and hot briquetted iron.
