In our new campaign “Partners of HBI C-Flex”, we are introducing the team members of each partner and their tasks in our project starting with K1-MET, our coordinator. The K1-MET team consists of three members working on the project: Lukas Schmidt, Melanie Leitner and Johannes Rieger. Below, we provide an overview of the specific responsibilities and contributions of each team member.

Lukas is the project coordinator and responsible for the administrative and financial management. He ensures high quality in our work and manages risks effectively. In addition to regular meetings with the entire consortium, he also takes part in smaller working meetings in between and supports other partners. With Lukas at the helm, our project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Melanie is responsible for dissemination, communication and exploitation activities. She makes sure that project results are effectively shared with target audiences and carries out engagements with stakeholders. Additionally, she analyses market perspectives, risks and opportunities for the uptake of solutions to guarantee the replicability of project results in the EU steel sector.

Johannes supports the project providing assistance whenever needed. He addresses tasks efficiently and effectively and motivates the team.

As mentioned above, each team member has assigned tasks to work on within the project. The K1-MET team meets regularly to update each other on the respective work tasks and to plan the next steps.
